The Texan Barbeque is known for its pit-cooked, high-quality barbecued meats, prepared the Texas way. We pit-barbecue quality meats by slow-cooking them over freshly cut hickory logs for 15 hours at 200 degrees.
Our founder, Glenn Raddatz, previously owned and operated an air freight business and often traveled to Texas. His love for authentic Texan cuisine led him to open the restaurant in 1984.
In our 34 years in business, we've grown from a 15-seat dining area to a restaurant that can presently accommodate over 100 guests.
Our menu is filled with delicious entrees, including Hickory Smoked Ribs, Southern Fried Steak, and Smoked Turkey Breast.
